– Account data: name, email, relationship to child, profile image.
– Child data: name or nickname, date of birth, growth/activity records, quiz responses.
– Order data: shipping address and payment information, collected only at the time of purchase.
– Usage & device data: in-app actions, purchase history, device identifiers.

We do not permanently store child delivery addresses inside child profiles.

3. How We Use Information

– Provide family sharing (Moments), growth tracking (GrowthPath), and Store functionality.
– Process transactions and deliver purchased items.
– Improve and personalize services.
– Security, fraud prevention, and compliance.

4. Data Storage & Security (AWS)

– Hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit.
– Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel.
– While we use industry-standard safeguards, no system is 100% secure.

5. Feature-Specific Data Use

1. Moments:
   – Enables family members to share updates, photos, and milestones.
2.  Growth:
   – Includes parenting knowledge (Gibpedia), daily questions, quizzes, toy guides, bedtime stories, and child insights (personality dimensions and growth analytics).
   – Data collected: quiz answers, milestones, interactions.
   – Restrictions: Collected only with parental consent, not used for advertising, deletable by parents.
3. Shop:
   – At checkout, users (Main or Sub-Accounts) must enter a delivery address or choose from their saved addresses.
   – Addresses are used solely for order fulfillment and retained only in transaction records.
   – Addresses are not stored in child profiles.

6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

– Only verified parents or legal guardians may create and manage child accounts.
– We do not store persistent delivery addresses inside child profiles.
– For any collection of a child’s personal information, we obtain verifiable parental consent (VPC) through approved methods such as small credit card verification, signed consent forms, or equivalent processes.
– Parents and guardians have the right to review, delete, or revoke consent for their child’s information at any time by contacting us.
– We do not sell or use children’s personal information for targeted advertising.
– We do not collect precise geolocation data from child accounts.
– Child accounts cannot post or share content publicly without parental control.

7. State Privacy Rights (U.S.)

Certain states provide additional privacy rights to their residents. Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
