Gigbib (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a family-focused app for sharing, tracking, and supporting a child’s growth. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) and Privacy Policy (“Policy”) apply to all users of our app and services. By creating an account, logging in, or using Gigbib, you agree to these Terms and this Policy.
Logistics Limitation: Our Store and shipping services are currently available only within the United States. Non-U.S. users may access and use the family sharing (Moments) and GrowthPath features of Gigbib, but purchases and deliveries are limited to U.S. addresses.
Main Account (Parent/Guardian only):
– May create and manage child profiles, growth records, and privacy settings.
– Has full access to add or remove Sub-Accounts at any time.
– Controls whether Sub-Accounts may participate in Store activities.
– May review and delete any content submitted by Sub-Accounts.
Sub-Account:
– Created by invitation of a Main Account.
– May view child updates in Moments, participate in family content, and use GrowthPath features.
– May place Store orders only by providing their own delivery address (or selecting from their saved addresses).
– Cannot create, edit, or delete child profiles or growth data.
Account Responsibility:
Main Account holders are responsible for actions taken by their linked Sub-Accounts, including purchases and content sharing. A single Gigbib account may function as a Main Account for their own child and as a Sub-Account for another child if invited. Gigbib is not responsible for disputes between Main and Sub-Accounts.
– Users are responsible for providing accurate addresses at checkout.
– Gigbib is not responsible for failed or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect addresses.
– Refunds, if applicable, will follow the policies communicated at the time of purchase.
– Gigbib is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
We may update these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice or by email before they take effect. Continued use of Gigbib after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and this Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
